@Flopproof Fathima - Yeah it was perfect without oil I was going to ask if the sour cream is a substitute for the fat (butter/ oil )
@Ruheena - oops such a big mistake I made jazakallah to bring to my attention it's 5 cups all together 2cups stage 1 and stage 2 3 cups
Alhamdulillah I tried this recipe. It was moist. I made a few changes. I used 1 cup oil, 7 tsp coloring, and 1 heaped tblsp cocoa powder. Next time I will follow Naseema comment below. I also made half the icing recipe and it was enough for me and I had a little left over. I will make it again. Insha Allah
