It was ok. Didnt rise much yet I doubled baking powder. maybe it was rolled too thin (oven baking pan) but not sure Id use it again

Made this yesterday and it was an absolute hit! It tasted different to the usual curries but also had a lot of barakat Alhamdulillah. Will definitely make this again. One change is instead of tomato puree, I put tomato paste with a little water.
I baked the drumsticks in the oven. both airfry and oven version were good! the oven a bit more juicy.
