3 Tbs icing sugar
1/2 t elachi
2 T milk

Made this cake and it came very dense the first time. Second time I creamed the sugar and eggs then added the oil gradually while beating and essence. Added the cocoa and flour and beat to combine. Last I sprinkled the baking powder on top and the added boiling water to create a bubbly effect and folded it in. Cake came very delicious, light and fluffy. Thank you for the recipe🌻

Slm. I made this for Eid, I made it (the phyllo cups) the Sunday. It kept crispy for two days hey, I was so surprised lol. And then Monday I made the cheesecake filling,left it in the fridge and then the Tuesday was Eid, so the morning I dished it in the cups and played it. It was so pretty and tasted amazing. Everyone was so impressed. It just tasted like MORE lol
