Old School Phirni
I don’t think this worked out for me at all. I think it would be advisable not to mix the semolina with water, instead to braise the semolina with a bit of ghee, and use much less semolina or tasty Wheat. I think about 2 to 3 maybe 3 and a half tablespoons of semolina is a lot better. I think the cream you can omit but it does make it richer. Same with condensed milk, you can use sugar instead. I like a lot of nuts so you can put a tablespoon of almonds and pistachios, mix it in the dessert and sprinkle on top, or just on top. If you really want it extra, stir in about a tablespoon of roasted coconut. Thank you
