Hi when do you add the the second lot of mince?
@Nadia Loonat - Wslm, it is an essential ingredient as it helps the cake to rise more. You should get it at checkers, pick n pay if youโre in South Africa ๐ฅฐ๐คฒ๐ฝโฅ๏ธ I suppose you could also add 1/4 tsp extra eno instead of citric acid as that also helps it to rise.

@Fiya - Pre bake them just for a few minutes and then freeze. Freezing them with raw dough will result in cracks.
