Tried mithi roti for the very first time. It was an absolute hit. We usually buy it. My husband said it's the best he ever tasted. I couldn't find oil dhal so I used a bottle of chickpeas. I drained the liquid and put it in the blender. I followed the recipe using half the quantity. Each roti puffed up when frying. Thank you do much. I feel really good. It took me 30 years to gain the confidence to try.

WOW! This is the most awesome recipe ever! My kids swiped them whilst they were still WARM! DELICIOUS tastes better than a woolies muffin had the same lovely soft texture! I didn't have buttermilk and swapped it with some amasi came out perfect!! Jzk
