@Amina Rossier - وعلیکم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Hmmm not sure you could use any sauce you like but its an important ingredient in this recipe so I wouldn't recommend you leave it out. Besides its so easy to make it at home. I'll share a recipe for it shortly.

@Zaakirah - I haven't tried it with less sugar but one of the ladies that commented a few years ago said that they made it with less sugar and it came out perfect.

Comes out great all the time. For the topping, I beat the fresh cream till thick, but not firm, and I only use about half a cup of condensed milk.

@Flick - The water adds moisture to the oven which prevents the pudding to dry out or crack. Place both trays of hot water and the mixture in at the same time.

Jazakhallah for an awesome recipe. Richest chocolate cake we have ever eaten....in a nice way. Added a spin to it and layered Whispers Shortbread between.....a nice surprise when crunching into the shortbread. Jazakhallah again. 💐
