@Sal - It’s medium to course, pls follow the instructions carefully, u will get the perfect methi masala, all the ingredients have to be very very dry, stamp down the bigger pieces of salt.... It’s a fairly recipe....

@Sal - My pleasure, normally I buy the crushed methi from he spice shops, ready crushed, it’s between a medium to course crush, u don’t want it very fine also

@Sal - Yes, as soon as the chillies turn black, u remove them, add the oil to the salt and allow to cool, b4 adding the red chillies
