Great recipe! I tried it for Eid. Thank you so much. I added some yoghurt as well at the end as mine came out a bit strong and I included a half red pepper liquidised with my tomato.

Flavourful. I substituted mince with chicken fillet. Result was awesome
Used as is. Did leave the dough to rest for a while before piping. Yummy!
Had to add more flour but result was delicious

@Tia - Hi Tia. You have to cook it on low for a while. You cannot rush with it as it will not be cooked. Don't cook it on high because that's when it gets dark.
Perfect dessert for eid.
I tried but same here was undercooked, then recoiled it and then it went too dark

I followed the recipe to the T but it never set. Lost 500g of butter in the process :(. Any idea what I could've done wrong, as I see that others managed...
Aslm Firdaus, if i baked my naan rolls n its out of the oven n its still a bit doughy can i put it back in the oven
