When adding the Klim mixture to the syrup, do u leave on the stove and mix it well or remove from stove and then add the Klim mixture?
Salaams, I made this a few days ago, I followed the recipe exactly but unfortunately my roll came out rock hard. I can't even slice it. Any advice on how to fix it or where I went wrong?
This recipe was absolutely delicious. The kids really enjoyed it. The texture was awesome ๐. Definitely going to keep it as my favorite. Jazakalah may Allah reward you in abundance ameen.

Tried this .. quick n yummy .. I added alittle coconut which dried it out abit as I made a batch of plain barfee already .. but family enjoyed it Alhamdulillah
Made this ... tastes yummy .. kids loved it ... first time they are eating it ever lol ... usually only make barfee n Chana magaj It came out abit hard though but here in Canada we have different shreds of coconut .. my coconut was "medium shredded " where as in South Africa I'd use desiccated /fine

Made this and it was bitter n gummy. If anyone wants to try it out increase the sugar to 4 cups and 6 cups water bring to boil Maziena mixture 1 cup water instead of 3

No problem. I baked for about 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven. And I baked at 160 because my oven is very hot.

@Wardah Razzaq - I had the heat on 5. It's a very quick recipe so you have to be fast but make sure that your mixture is perfect too. It's not difficult at all.
