One of 2 things u can do
Space out chicken pieces on baking tray, leaving enuf spaces between
Remove liquid, add a good blob of butter an some flour, cook out on stove for a minute or two, add some pepper, an u get gravy, just pour into a sieve over a bowl, for a smooth gravy, adjust salt if needed
