Very lovely recipe. So yummy! I made it a second time and added more ghee (coz I didn't add enough the first time), to give a "wet look" to the halwa. Also I only added very little nestle. Even without it, your recipe is wonderful. Jzk

@Tazzy - Assalaamu alaikum I'm so sorry Maybe next time steam in oven then braai. But make sure its completely drained. If theres moisture it will fall apart
@Fouziah Pailwan - They broke really bad ...😭 Was so embarrassing as it was with a group of ppl... we used a foil tray What actually should have done was use those baskets where u Turn the whole rack instead of turning kebaab.. to get it cooked on both sides but that's ok ... we brought the broken kebaabs back home and Alhamdulillah the kids n hubby loved the taste ... so next time it's for pot cooking not braaing for me .. Jazakallah

As salaamu alaikum. It seems the water amount in this half recipe is too much. It's supposed to be 1 cup warm water and not 2.
