I tried this ... mine seems more wettish and it steamed for very very very long ... I am not sure why but I am wondering if it's the crushed pineapple ...Ours is very pulpy The texture of my jardo Is almost like when moong dhal gets mushy.. although the rice grains are not mushy u can still pick out rice one at a time ....๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ

This was really moist and yummy... I added some choc chips in the batter as well and put roughly ground almonds to decorate

This was delicious even though I didnt use aniseed and coconut I added potatoes with some water after onions and when half done added rest of spices, tomatoe, cabbage and chopped dhania and i added in a tblp of tomato sauce and cooked till done. Yum
