If looking for the Exotic Thai Spice, the Robertson one has been discontinued in Cape Town. I used Thai 7 Spice instead

Salaam Naeema. I made this recipe for sweetcorn Lagan and followed the recipe to a Tee. Baked it for 40 minutes in the sizeable Pyrex dish. Texture inside is not cake like at all. Instead it is a solid pudding - like mass. It should've been for my iftar table tonight. So disappointed.
